Sports have always been part of who I am – from smashing tackles in American football to hitting the court in basketball and volleyball, and now stepping onto the football pitch. Over time, I discovered that the gym and structured exercise are just as powerful for building strength, discipline, and confidence. Training has shaped me both physically and mentally, and I’ve learned the value of consistency and resilience. As your coach, I bring that same energy into every workout. My goal is to inspire you to chase progress, stay consistent, and achieve results that go beyond the gym.”
