I love a tough gym session…and maybe some Victoria Sponge cake occasionally…I believe in balance, working hard and enjoying the process.

I’ve built my life around strength training, and yes- I’m addicted to weightlifting. Results come with consistency, dedication and never skipping the hard stuff! (Leg day!)

As a Personal Trainer my goal is simple: To help you build confidence, strength and lasting habits that work with your lifestyle whether you’re stepping into the gym for the first time or you’re chasing a new PR!
