First things first I am Charlie a new personal trainer at Loughborough pure gym Fitness is more than just physical, it is for mental benefits too. I believe the gym is for everyone, it is an environment everyone wants to get better, and training should be apart of everyone’s schedule I am a student, athlete and now a personal trainer The gym has had a huge impact on me physically, helping me recover from lots of injuries and set-backs including, knees, ankle, wrist and many pains due to imbalances from overtraining and football. From feeling stuck to finding ways to train my joints I have returned stronger than before. I focus on mobility, functional training, strength and injury prevention training to feel my best. Athlete or not, training functionally will benefit anyone wanting to maintain a healthy pain free body for as long as possible. I am a coach who will push you to make improvements but also understand when help is needed, With plans specific to you to reach your goals and track progress, whether that is to lose weight, get stronger, move better or to be introduced to training.
