Hi Im Shahzad. My fitness journey began at a young age when i first stepped into a boxing gym. Boxing quickly became more than a sport, it thought me discipline, mental resilience and the power of consistency. I went on to cpompete as an amateur boxer, gaining invaluable experience in training mindset and performance. Although life commitment made me to pause competing, my passion for fitness only grew stronger. I shifted my focus towards strenght training and personal development, which eventually led me tpo qualify as a Personal Trainer. Today Im also actively training in kickboxing with long term goal of stepping back into competition. That personal drive to improve myself keeps me motivated and deeply connected to the clients i train. I know what it feels like to start from scratch, to step into the gym unsure of where to begin or how to build confidence. That`s why i specialise in helping beginners develop a solid foundationin fitness, learn proper technique and gain the self belief needed to achieve lasting results. My approach is supportive structured and realistic. I combine effective training method with the mindset principles i learned through years of boxing to help you not only look stronger but feel stronger inside and out.
