About me

With over 15 years of personal fitness experience, fitness has become a way of life and a lifestyle for me. Through fitness you can achieve a strong body, healthier mind and a more positive attitude being that there is a direct link between physical and mental wellbeing.

I believe fitness should be effective, sustainable, and empowering. Every client is different, which is why my approach is to fully tailored to your goals, ability, and lifestyle. I combine strength training, functional movement, and nutrition guidance to help clients feel stronger, move better, and achieve lasting results — both inside and outside the gym.

After undergoing spinal surgery, I spent three years unable to train. When I returned, I had to start again as a complete novice, slowly rebuilding my muscle, strength, flexibility, and confidence. This journey taught me patience, resilience, and the importance of smart training. It allows me to truly understand clients who are starting from scratch, returning after injury, or rebuilding their bodies.
