So, you feel daunted by working out in front of other people?  Perhaps you feel clumsy, or self-conscious about your appearance.  Good news, I’ve been there.  Growing up I had the eye-hand coordination of an amputated mole and the physique of a starving squirrel. Maybe you’ve injured yourself in the past and you worry that it will happen again.

Once again, I’ve been there. I have injured myself in every way I can name, and in all parts of the body. For years I suffered with chronic pain, until one day I decided to start learning more about the body to deal with it. This is what put me on the path to becoming a Personal Trainer, and it is the reason that I focus my training – and my coaching – on practices that promote healthy movement and resistance to injury.

I believe that freedom of movement is the benchmark for a healthy body. This, put simply, means being able to do what you want and move how you want without pain or discomfort. For some, this might be as simple as being able to get up and down from the ground to play with your kids; for others, it could mean doing backflips and cartwheels and pirouettes. Whatever your goals, you need a solid foundation of strength, mobility, and cardiovascular endurance to start from. My aim is to help you build that foundation.
