About me

If you're looking in the mirror everyday and thinking "I really want to put on some size!", "I wish I could cut this weight!" or even looking to up those numbers on the squat, bench and deadlift then I’m your guy. I used to be super thin for my size and wanted to feel more confident in my own skin. I was completely lost in a sea of misinformation, didn't know what the "right" exercise was and just had no direction. Here is where I come in, I can shortcut your goal by a huge amount, I’ve done the leg work over years of curiosity and research. Spending countless nights learning about the principles of muscle building, how to program a bench press program through periodization, how much of a deficit I should I be in and so much more. I have a real passion for strength and hypertrophy training and have a desire to help others achieve their goals of looking and feeling great, which also translates to other aspects of life whether it be in your work, relationship or just psychologically. Many see the gym as a chore to tick off but I think everyone should see it as an escape, if it’s once a week or three it’s a time to switch off and work hard.
