I'm Tunde. My journey in fitness over the years has been fueled by commitment to self and to helping others achieve their goals and transform their lives. I enjoy incorporating body weight, mobility and functional training into my personal routine which allows me to push my boundaries and show myself what I am capable of. In 2024, I took on a new challenge by completing my first half marathon. This experience not only tested my physical limits but also allowed me to push myself and reach new heights in my fitness journey. It taught me the importance of balance, perseverance, discipline, and setting realistic goals. My approach focuses on sustainable habits, balanced nutrition and enjoyable workouts that keep you motivated and engaged.
