About me

Hi, I’m Michael — a personal trainer focused on helping people build strength, confidence, and long-term progress in a way that feels supportive, realistic, and sustainable.

I believe good coaching starts with understanding the person in front of you. Everyone comes into training with different goals, experiences, challenges, and levels of confidence, so my approach is always built around helping you train in a way that works for your body, lifestyle, and goals.

Whether you’re new to exercise, returning from injury, improving your fitness, or working towards performance-based goals, I’ll meet you where you are and help you progress at a pace that feels challenging, manageable, and rewarding. Training can include a range of methods depending on your goals, including strength training, calisthenics, boxing/pad work, conditioning, mobility work, and rehabilitation-focused exercise.

My philosophy is simple: meaningful results come from consistent training, clear guidance, and building a positive relationship with exercise over time. The goal is to help you feel stronger, move better, and develop confidence that carries beyond the gym. My aim is to create a supportive environment where you can enjoy training, build confidence, and continue progressing over time.
