About me

Whether you're new to the gym or an experienced vet, you want to walk around the park without losing breath, climb the highest peak in the lakes, squat unassisted, or squat with 150kg on your back. All goals are achievable. With my own personal Fitness journey coming from 3 years of achieving personal fitness goals and training CrossFit, where the goal is to make you fit for everyday life, this goal has inspired me with what I want to achieve from my personal training. I want to offer sessions and support to beginners, to help them understand that the gym isn’t a scary place and everyone is welcome. I want to help even the most experienced to achieve new goals. From my CrossFit background I’m a big fan an alternative and functional fitness, training doesn’t just have to be sat at a machine doing 1000s of reps, mix it up with things like box jumps, kettlebells, med balls and the dreaded burpee!
