About me

I believe training doesn’t need to be overwhelming to be effective. It needs to be consistent, well-structured, and built around proven basics that will give you the results you are looking for. The aim of fitness in general is a simple one - to improve one’s health, body and physical capacity. This can sometimes be more complex due to differences in people’s lives, which can dishearten anyone, as it is hard to find answers if you don’t know which questions to ask. This is where I come into the picture to ensure we find those questions and answer them, so we can hammer in the foundations correctly. High Intensity progressive training and habits you can sustain long-term. No random exercises, no gimmicky nonsense, no wasted time. If you’re tired of overthinking workouts, hopping between programs, or spinning your wheels with minimal progress, I offer a straightforward approach that cuts through the noise and gets you where you want or need to be.
