From an early age, fitness has been a huge part of my life. I’ve been running since I was a child and developed a real passion for health and strength training after my own weight loss transformation following the pandemic. I enjoy a mix of strength training, running, and functional circuits, focusing on creating balanced and sustainable routines. My goal is to bridge the gap for beginners who find the gym environment daunting or don’t know where to start, I’m here to help YOU! I believe everyone deserves to have the confidence and knowledge to train effectively and love the process of doing so. If you’re new to fitness or looking to build your strength and confidence, then I’d love to help guide you on your journey.
