The style of training I provide is where calculated technique intertwines into pure speed and power, where silky movement carrys intent behind it. I believe that a resilient body goes hand in hand with a unshakable mindset. Pushing yourself through the structures of training will unlock the knowledge that you can depend on yourself in any situation, naturally leading to a plethora of self confidence. I started boxing training at 15 years old but it was on and off, until I had over a year away from training due to injury and a scare with my health. Taking great care in my diet and easing my way back into training helped greatly with my recovery. Ever since then I have kept consistent and remained dedicated to what I love. My goal is to help elicit your desire to be the best version of you, whether you are a complete beginner, or more experienced, I will be ecstatic to support you!
