Hi I’m Radu, I help people lose fat, build muscle, and feel confident in the gym through structured, easy-to-follow training. My coaching focuses on proper technique, consistency, and sustainable habits that fit real life. Whether you’re a complete beginner or getting back into training, I’ll guide you safely every step of the way. My passion in fitness is to help people get my clients the love for fitness I developed myself, fitness has helped me in all walks of life and I’d love to help YOU to feel the same way. I enjoy resistance training primarily and I love the science behind it.
