I began my health and fitness journeyat 18, motivated by a desire to feel comfortable in my own body after facing challenges with my weight as a child.
In 2017, I qualified as a Personal Trainer and have since trained and supported women to feel strong, capable and confident by creating an approach to fitness that felt realistic and sustainable.
I enjoy challenging Myself through fitness events and have completed serveral Hyrox competitions. Taking part in these events allows me to experiance first hand the rewards of consistent training, which I bring into the way I coach and support others.
I want to help women see fitness as something that adds value to their lives. By finding a way to fit training into their busy schedules, my aim is to improve their quality of life - not just for now but for the years ahead.
