About me

I’m a Personal Trainer and Boxing Coach with over 10 years of experience in martial arts, specializing in boxing and Krav Maga, with both ring experience and coaching under my belt. That background shaped the way I train and coach today – focused, practical and built around real-world strength and resilience.

Before stepping fully into fitness, I would in veterinary nursing. Long shifts, no unnecessary restrictions – just solid training, smart nutrition, and habits that stick. I focus on functional training to help you move better, get stronger and feel more capable in everyday life, whether that’s in the gym, at work or just keeping up with life outside of it.
