Hi my name is Dan.
I am really excited to get going here at PureGym and very much looking forward to meeting all of you guys. I am keen to learn and expand my knowledge as a Personal Trainer and the gym is a passion of mine as I have been partaking in sports such as football (which I still play and love), running and most importantly going to the gym. I started the gym to bulk up and gain muscle as I had been very skinny and wanted to change that, I have achieved this goal as I started at 60kg bodyweight and struggled to bench press 40kg total. I now am much healthier at 100kg and a bw of 80kg and being much happier with how I look whilst continuing to work on myself.
