My fitness journey started when I was 16 years old. Having started in a small gym with little guidance, I struggled with motivation and questioned myself whether I could do it. From changing gyms, I began to train more frequently and learnt several new skills. I thought a gym was just a small room with very little exercises, but it is so much more. Fitness and exercise is breaking through walls, developing discipline, and creating a version of ourselves that we truly deserve.
Have you ever questioned if you are made for this? Or have you ever doubted your own confidence in the gym? As a personal trainer I want to make fitness challenging, enjoyable, and empowering. I want to create a positive training environment that keeps clients motivated, accountable, and confident as they work toward becoming the strongest version of themselves and remove any doubt they might have had.
