After 30 years as a Police Officer training self-defence tactics and fitness standards for emergency services, strength and resilience have always been part of my life. But in my 40s, my own health slipped. I gained weight, developed high blood pressure and showed early signs of metabolic syndrome. Despite knowing fitness, I wasn’t prioritising my health. So I changed it. I lost over 30kg, reversed my blood pressure issues and rebuilt my strength, energy and metabolic health. That journey now drives my mission: helping men and women over 40 take back control of their body. I specialise in:
