I’ve been involved in sport my whole life, competing in Hockey & Ice Hockey before injuries forced me out. After dealing with serious setbacks, including long-term shoulder and spinal issues, I turned to the gym and rebuilt myself from the ground up.
Along the way, I cut through the confusion and misinformation in the fitness industry to learn what actually works. Now I help others train smarter, stay consistent, and get real results without wasting time.
