Hello, I'm Jack!
I'm a results-driven personal trainer specialising in muscle building and fat loss for both men and women, helping everyday people train with purpose, confidence, and consistency.
My background is rooted in elite sport. I competed as a semi professional footballer in Australia and earned a football scholarship in the United States, where I developed a deep understanding of performance training, discipline, and what it truly takes to push past limits, physically and mentally. I am also a Group Exercise Master Trainer; I bring elite performance principles and high energy coaching into every session.
