Hi, I’m Hannah Walker your Personal Trainer in Nottingham! I have been involved in the Fitness industry for over 10 years, working with people who want to lose weight, get strong and build confidence.

I specialise in getting results and strive for progress rather than perfection, aiming to have a completely realistic and balanced approach to fitness and making REAL lifestyle changes rather than quick fixes and fad diets that don’t work! We will work together every step of the way and I take pride in helping you achieve your life goals.

Over the past few years, I’ve transformed not only my body, but also my mindset and confidence - especially after recently going through my own journey as a new mother, and the changes my body went through in both pregnancy and postpartum recovery. I truly understand the challenges and milestones you can go through whether you’re just starting out, rebuilding your routine, or adapting to life’s changes, I’m here to support you through every stage of your fitness journey.
