I began my own fitness journey several years ago, I was in a really poor place physically, mentally.. all of the "ally"s you can think of! I felt hugely overwhelmed and out of control, eating everything in sight.
I took the leap and got a gym membership- PureGym West Bridgford was in fact that very gym, and I have been here ever since! I enjoyed it so much, going to classes and being in the gym, that I decided I needed to be in here all the time. So started my PT training journey. Now I combine my love of fitness with a love of gaming to help "level up your life"!
I seek to create a fun fitness plan to help everyone reach their goals, whether you're coming in to slim down or bulk up, we can go on an adventure together. Expect dancing, wackiness, and movie quotes throughout sessions as we see if we can't make you love coming to the gym.
