About me

I’m a Personal Trainer with a genuine passion for helping people improve their health, confidence, and quality of life — especially those who feel it’s time to put themselves first again. Over the past 18 months, I’ve been on a powerful journey of self-discovery that transformed not only my body, but my mindset, habits, and lifestyle. That experience now shapes how I support every client I work with. Like many people, I reached a point where I knew something had to change. Through consistent training, realistic nutrition adjustments, and healthier daily routines, I rebuilt my fitness, increased my energy levels, and developed a balanced approach to health that actually fits into real life. I didn’t rely on extreme diets or intense workouts — I focused on sustainable changes, and that’s exactly what I teach my clients. I specialise in supporting adults who want to feel stronger, move more comfortably, and regain confidence in their bodies, particularly those navigating midlife and beyond. Having been a homeworker for 25 years, I also work closely with homeworkers who spend long hours sitting, helping them reduce stiffness, improve posture, strengthen key muscle groups, and bring more movement into their day. Whether your goal is improving mobility, managing weight, building strength, easing joint discomfort, or simply feeling better day to day, I provide personalised training in a calm, supportive environment. Every programme is tailored to your current ability, lifestyle, and goals, with a strong emphasis on safety, correct technique, and steady progress.

Having rebuilt my own health from the ground up, I understand how daunting starting or restarting can feel. My mission is to help you feel capable, supported, and proud of your progress at every stage. No matter your age or starting point, positive change is always possible.
