Hi my name is Jordan, I’m a certified personal trainer dedicated to helping people build strength, confidence, and long-term health through smart, sustainable training. My approach goes beyond workouts — I focus on educating clients, building consistency, and creating programs that fit real lives, not quick fixes.
My journey into personal training started long before it became a career. Like many people, I didn’t begin with perfect habits or a clear path — I started with frustration, unhealthy habits, inconsistency, and a desire to feel better in my own body and mind. Training became more than just a way to change how I looked. It taught me discipline, confidence, and the power of showing up for myself, even on hard days. Through trial, error, and learning what actually works, I realized that real progress doesn’t come from extremes — it comes from sustainable habits, smart training, and accountability.
As I gained experience and education, I saw how many people were being overwhelmed by misinformation, quick fixes, and unrealistic expectations. I became a personal trainer to change that. My goal is to help people gain the physical and mental benefits of living a healthier lifestyle through their training and nutrition.
