Hello, my name is Hannah,
I help busy parents and women build strength, confidence and energy so they can feel better in themselves and enjoy family life to the fullest.
My approach is simple, supportive and realistic. I understand that life can be busy, especially when you are juggling family, work, and everything in between. Training should not feel like another pressure on your plate. It should help you move better, feel stronger and have more energy for the things that matter most - whether that is keeping up with your children, enjoying active days out, feeling confident in your body, or saying yes to more adventures.
My goal is to help you build long-term habits, improve your confidence and feel stronger in your body without overcomplicating the process.
