Hi! I’m Sam, and I’m here to help you build Confidence! Whether you're completely new to the gym, or looking to progress further, I'm here to help! Through personalized training plans suited specifically to your body, goals and lifestyle, I'm here to help you reach your fitness goals. As a personal trainer, my aim is to help you become confident in not only the gym, but in yourself too. We will look at your experience in the gym, what aims you have in relation to fitness and plan a training program around you and your goals. My specialist areas include confidence building; helping you become confident in the gym and in yourself. I'm beginner friendly, helping you get to grips with the equipment, movements and mindset.
