Hey, I’m Clare!
My mission is to empower women to feel strong, confident, and capable by creating a solid foundation of knowledge, movement, and healthy lifestyle habits that fit around their everyday lives. I believe fitness should empower you, not overwhelm you. That’s why I focus on simplifying the process, helping you enjoy movement, and creating a sustainable approach that supports your goals and lifestyle.
As someone who is incredibly passionate about health and fitness, I’ve competed in swimming, strength training, HYROX events, and completed a marathon. However, like many women, my journey hasn’t been without challenges. I’ve experienced struggles with body confidence, fat loss, balancing training alongside work and studies, maintaining healthy habits, and developing a positive relationship with food. These experiences have shaped my coaching approach and allow me to support women through both the physical and mental aspects of their journey.
My coaching goes beyond sets and reps. With over 8 years of coaching experience (3 years at PureGym), I’ve helped women of all ages and abilities improve their strength, confidence with learning proper exercise technique, fitness, and overall wellbeing. Whether you’re completely new to the gym, returning after time away, or looking to take your training to the next level, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.
