Hi I'm Chloe, my goal as a personal trainer is to make you feel safe and comfortable within the gym so you can achive your goals. The gym can be intimidating and overwhelmig so im here to support your journey hatever that may be!

With a blend of strength training,mobility, and confidence-building coaching, I specialise in helping clients feel as strong mentally as they do physically. My approach combines structured strength training, Pilates fundamentals, and Hyrox-inspired conditioning to create sessions that are both challenging and empowering.

Strength training is at the core of what I do—building lean muscle, improving performance, and developing resilience that carries over into everyday life. Alongside this, I incorporate Pilates to enhance mobility, core stability, and body awareness, ensuring you move well as you get stronger.
