About me

Personal Trainer, Exercise Physiologist, and Level 4 Strength & Conditioning coach. I specialise in helping people 35–60 (especially over 50s) rebuild strength, fitness, and confidence with technique-first coaching and progressive overload — so you can train consistently and get results with minimal injury risk. Many people know they “should train”, but feel stuck due to aches, past injuries, poor confidence, or not knowing what to do. My job is to give you a safe, structured plan that builds capability and keeps you progressing long-term. What makes my coaching different: I don’t just deliver a PT session — I provide full support between sessions using my LWWT App, including:
