I With over 40 years of experience as a racing cyclist, I bring a lifetime of high-performance insight to my work as a personal trainer, cycling coach, and manager of a semi-professional cycling team. My career has taken me from elite endurance competition to the strategic side of coaching and team leadership, giving me a deep understanding of what it takes to perform—both physically and mentally.
I’ve been extremely lean, and I’ve also been significantly overweight, so I understand firsthand the very real challenges people face with consistency, eating habits, confidence, and long-term lifestyle change. This lived experience shapes the way I coach: with honesty, empathy, and a commitment to results that last.
