My slogan is “your body your choice”, I will always keep your goal at the forefront, making sure that all of my decisions are made with you so that you can decide whether to take that on in your own time with understanding or with me so I can take care of all the details for you.
Funny, sociable and soft, these are my best traits so if you know you want someone to have a giggle here and there then I am your go to however I will make sure you finish that workout! I want to make sure people are educated on what they can have access to and not be limited by their circumstances, be that health, or environment.
Dancing is my passion so if you are interested in any Latin dance. I am very happy to incorporate this into program workouts and teach classes.
