Hello there members! My name is Lee.
I have been passionate about fitness for a long time, and I’m here to put all my years of experience into helping other people achieve their goals!
I have been training for over 5 years, specifically strength training and powerlifting. Throughout this time, I have gained knowledge and skills in creating sustainable and progressive training programs, perfecting technique and forming positive lifestyle habits.
