About me

Hi Lovely people, I have a lifelong love for movement, adventure and wellbeing. I grew up climbing mountains every summer in Wales, inspired by my equally active grandad. My early years spent outdoors shaped my belief that our bodies are built to move, explore and feel strong. Over the years I’ve trained across a wide range of disciplines, including half-marathons, strength training and HIIT. I understand the challenges of being consistent whilst balancing a busy life, so I am keen to find training styles, with you, that feel empowering, enjoyable and sustainable. Before becoming a PT, I built a career in mental health and completed a Master’s degree in Public Health, so I have a strong understanding of the connection between physical activity, mental wellbeing and long-term health. My coaching is rooted in evidence-based practice, lifestyle support and practical nutrition guidance to help you not only reach your goals — but maintain them for life. Everyone deserves to feel strong and healthy for as long as possible. Longevity isn’t just about adding years — it’s about adding energy, confidence and joy to the years we have.
