Hi, i’m Tom!
I help everyday people feel fitter, stronger and more confident! Whether you’re just starting out or a regular gym user. Iv been a personal trainer since I started here in 2016. You'll typically find me in the studios as I love teaching ETM classes such as GLC, Step & Spin!
We’ll work together whatever your goal is. I help my clients trim body fat, gain strength and build muscle, mainly through weight training, functional and HIIT workouts and also include some boxing and with full use of my app which is exlusive to my clients, you'll be able to follow your personalised training program, track your progress and much more!
