Hi! I’m Hattie.
I am a Level 3 qualified personal trainer who wants to help you be the healthiest and happiest version of yourself. My fitness journey began whilst studying for a psychology degree at university, when I started going to the gym to relieve stress. Since then, fitness has been a central part of my life, improving my physical and mental wellbeing.
My approach to fitness is to achieve balance between physical health and mental wellness, ensuring that you have the skills and support to push yourself physically whilst creating a sustainable lifestyle and mentality outside of the gym to help you flourish.
My goal is to help you learn to enjoy fitness and to develop the knowledge needed to adopt a healthy relationship with exercise, so you can be the healthiest, fittest, strongest, and happiest version of you!
