Hey there, I'm Nathan!
I've spent the last 15 years working in the health and fitness industry, helping people become stronger, fitter, and more confident in themselves.
Over that time I've worked as a personal trainer, gym manager, and tutor for aspiring fitness professionals. However, my passion has always been working with clients directly to improve their confidence and quality of life.
Every role has helped shape how I coach today, focusing on what truly matters, helping people build a body that supports the life they want to live. For me, fitness isn't just about how you look. It's about feeling strong, capable, and comfortable in your own body so you can enjoy life fully.
I'm also a father to two young girls under five, so I understand how challenging it can be to balance training with work, family, and everything else life throws at you. Time is limited, energy can be low, but looking after your health still matters.
My goal is to help people build strength, confidence, and habits that last, without fitness taking over their lives.
