I’ve always loved being active - it’s when I feel most like myself. Movement and progress give me a sense of purpose, and I believe that confidence in your body starts with small, consistent daily habits. Whether it’s a long walk or an intense gym session, all movement comes with a sense of accomplishment.
Throughout my life I’ve played a variety of sports, and I started going to the gym at 16. When lockdown hit and gyms closed, I had to adapt - this is when I discovered calisthenics, a form of body weight training. Being able to train anywhere meant I could continue to improve my strength and physique and challenge myself with new skills.
Now, I want to help others understand fitness and feel empowered by what their body is capable of. I believe that regardless of the obstacles life throws at us, there’s always a way to keep improving and growing - both physically and mentally.
