From a young age, I’ve been fascinated by human movement, athletic performance, and the incredible potential of the body. Over the years, this passion has evolved into a deep commitment to helping others move with strength, freedom, and confidence. As a coach, I draw on years of hands-on experience in physical training. I’ve trained in martial arts for over eight years, competing at a high level in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I’ve coached individuals at every stage—from complete beginners to seasoned athletes—developing personalized programs that unlock each person’s unique potential. My approach blends traditional and modern training methods, with a strong foundation in calisthenics, mobility, and functional strength. I’ve also created educational content online, sharing tutorials and insights to make effective movement accessible to everyone. I'm a lifelong learner, continually exploring cutting-edge training philosophies. One book that deeply influenced my approach is Becoming a Supple Leopardby Dr. Kelly Starrett, which shaped my belief in movement quality as the cornerstone of lasting health and performance
