I rebuilt myself through fitness. In 2022, I had to start again from nothing. No equipment. No shortcuts. Just push-ups, pull-ups and discipline. That experience shaped how I coach today. I specialise in calisthenics and structured strength training, helping people build their first pull-up, improve their push-ups and develop serious bodyweight strength.
