Hi, I'm Dawn. I’m a personal trainer, who has been training for years and for me training has never been just about physical change. I now help women build strength, confidence and consistency in the gym in a way that feels realistic, supportive and sustainable. No extreme workouts! No extreme diets! Through training, I’ve learned that real progress comes from consistency, confidence and the right support - not extremes. That experience now shapes how I coach, helping women feel stronger both mentally and physically, more confident in the gym and able to stay consistent for long term results.
