I’ve been a Personal Trainer for over 14 years, with 10,000+ hours of coaching, helping 300+ clients improve body composition, strength, energy, and confidence, while training safely and reducing the risk of injury.
My background includes experience in the Armed Forces Reserves, competitive bodybuilding, and athletic and adventure sports, alongside over a decade of hands-on coaching. More importantly, I understand how to make fitness fit around real life, including work, family, stress, and social commitments.
Many people train hard and eat better but still feel stuck, tired, or unsure if they are doing the right things. That is rarely an effort problem. It is usually an approach problem.
