l'm passionate about helping people feel strong, confident, and empowered through fitness. My fitness journey started years ago, but it really took off during my time at university, where I was part of a Strength & Conditioning Society for 3 years. This experience included everything from bodybuilding to powerlifting, and it shaped my approach to training. As someone with PCOS, I know firsthand how challenging fat loss and body composition goals can be. Over the years, l've gained both personal and scientific knowledge to help others with PCOS navigate those challenges and find what truly works - no fads, no nonsense, just sustainable results. And if your goal is to grow your glutes, you've come to the right coach — I'm a bit of a glute growth specialist and love helping clients build strong, powerful lower bodies that look and feel amazing.
