Fitness has shaped who I am, from playing semi-professional football, to years of bodybuilding-style training and powerlifting, to being a dedicated training partner for a HYROX athlete. I’ve spent years learning, experimenting, and pushing my own limits, and now I help others do the same. As a trainer, I bring real-world experience, not just certifications. I know what it’s like to chase progress in the gym whether that be building muscle, getting stronger, staying disciplined, or finding a way to stay consistent through life’s ups and downs. I’m here to support anyone ready to train with purpose, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced lifter. Training changed my life, and I truly believe it can do the same for you.
