About me

I have a degree in Sport & Exercise Science and have previously worked as a Solicitor and later as General Manager of a gym. Having come from high-pressure, time-demanding roles myself, I understand the challenges of fitting fitness into a busy work life – and I design my coaching with that in mind. My passion lies in helping people reach their fitness goals, build confidence both in the gym and within themselves and transform the way they feel about fitness. My mission is to help you fall in love with training, build sustainable habits, and finally break free from quick fixes and fad diets. Whether you're new to the gym or looking to level up your training and physique, I offer both in-person PT and online coaching to support you every step of the way – helping you become stronger, healthier, and get in the best shape of your life.
