I started my fitness journey when I was 16 and had no idea where to start, I was interested in lifting weights and I fell in love. As someone dealing with depression & anxiety at the time and extremely low self-esteem the gym was an escape and helped massively improve my mental health.
My aim is to help you feel better both physically and mentally, fall in love with lifting weights and moving your body. I offer 1-1 in person PT and also online coaching depending on your needs & availability, I’m here to support you in your entire journey.
