About me

I am a passionate, personable and professional coach/PT and mentor, with over 25 years of experience. My passion is helping people become the best versions of themselves. In my time working for PureGym I have been able to work with and coach lots of members, transforming lives, and helping many back to wellness. All PT and program design is unique and focuses on the needs, goals and abilities of each client. All my clients receive nutritional guidance and support, as this goes hand in hand with the work they put in at the gym. I specialise in GP referral, training clients with chronic pain and injury rehabilitation, and often clients are referred due to being overweight and suffering from illness. I support them in both physical conditioning and aid with full nutritional guidance, meal planning and keep them accountable on the journey back to health. My approach to personal training incorporates modern techniques, functional fitness, strength & conditioning, and flexibility, helping clients achieve their goals.
