I have been coaching for over 25 years. In this time, I have run successful fitness-based businesses and trained 1000’s of clients in the UK and Asia. My passion is helping people become the best versions of themselves. I am a passionate, personable and professionally coach and mentor. In my time working for PureGym I have been able to work with and coach hundreds of members, transforming lives, and helping many back to wellness and health. All PT and program design is unique and focuses on the needs, goals and abilities of each Individual client. With all clients we start with the foundations and introduce more advanced movement, strength and conditioning and metabolic conditioning as we journey together. All my clients receive advanced nutritional and supplementation support as this goes hand in hand with the work they put in at the gym, this combination gets the results my clients are after. Women’s health in particular Menopausal health is an area I coach a lot, regularly I have more than 20+ clients journeying through the phase of life and the support, advise and guidance has helped many members back to better hormonal health. I specialise in GP referral, training clients with chronic pain and injury rehabilitation. My approach to personal training incorporates modern techniques, functional fitness, strength & conditioning and nutritional advice and planning, helping clients achieve their goals.
