About me

My fitness journey began at 18, when I was struggling with anxiety and low self-esteem. Training in the gym and, later discovering pole fitness, helped me build confidence, resilience, and a healthier mindset, and inspired me to help others do the same. Alongside my PT work, I have experience as a Mental Health Nurse, giving me a strong understanding of the connection between physical training and mental wellbeing. I focus on building strong foundations and sustainable habits through progressive strength training and conditioning, so you feel stronger and more confident both mentally and physically. Whether you’re a beginner, returning to exercise, or ready to push your training further, I’ll meet you where you’re at and support you every step of the way. My aim is simple: to help you build a stronger body, a healthier mindset, and lasting confidence — not just quick results.
