Hello, I’m Jake. My fitness journey began at the age of 14, inspired by icons like Eddie Hall and Arnold Schwarzenegger. Their dedication ignited my passion for fitness and bodybuilding—a passion that has only grown stronger over the years. When I initially trained to become a personal trainer, my goal was to deepen my understanding of the body and optimize my own training.
