About me

Hi I'm Ben your personal trainer, I’ve built a strong background and experience within sport, fitness, and performance. From playing at professional club level to competing in races and spending years training in the gym, I’ve developed a deep understanding of training, athletic performance, strength, conditioning, and overall health.

I specialise in the hybrid training style, combining running, HYROX-style conditioning, and strength training into one structured approach that builds endurance, power, athleticism, and resilience. My coaching is designed to help people become stronger, fitter, and more confident through balanced training that improves race performance, functional fitness, body composition, and everyday health.

Whether your goal is completing your first HYROX event, improving your running performance, building muscle, losing body fat, increasing strength, or simply feeling healthier and more energised, I create training that is challenging, sustainable, and tailored to your individual goals and lifestyle.

Fitness has always been a huge part of my life, and I’m passionate about helping others unlock their potential both physically and mentally. Through my own experiences in sport, running, and training, I understand the discipline, consistency, and mindset required to make real progress and achieve long-term results.

My aim is not only to help people improve physically, but also to build confidence, discipline, and a positive relationship with training. I want to help people enjoy the process, push beyond their limits, and become the best version of themselves both inside and outside the gym.
